YOUTH DANCE ENSEMBLE has presented The Nutcracker Story: A Scouting Event since 1991. ​Featuring members of the Youth Dance Ensemble and School, participants in Girls Scouts, Scouts of America, homeschool groups, and civic organizations are invited to participate in an afternoon of ballet.

•See a live abridged performance of The Nutcracker Ballet 
•Get on the stage and learn a holiday jazz dance
•Discover the magic of theater from behind the scenes
•Fulfill requirements for scout badges/patches         
•Take photos with Nutcracker characters

Need-based scholarships are available.
