For REP Parents
Here is everything you need to sign up for volunteer opportunities and to keep track of hours. This year, we are asking for 10 hours of volunteering from each REP Family (5 if you are only participating for a semester, or in ASCEND). Thank you so much for your support and commitment!
Families will have the opportunity to buy out required volunteer hours. Deposits will been made to Youth Dance Ensemble on Sept. 18th via ACH. Refunds will be issued for completed hours as an ACH refund on JAN 15, 2026. Completed/partial hours will be refunded by JUNE 15, 2026. Youth Dance Ensemble will retain $30 for each hour of required volunteer time not completed by JUNE 15.
Families with multiple dancers in Repertoire will be required to fulfill the number of volunteer hours and associated deposit for one dancer. Repertoire: 10 Hours = $300

NOTES:
- Parents who volunteer for tours will count the hours which they are backstage including 1 hour before curtain.
- Cookie Bakers: Actual hours worked. Gourmet Cookie Bakers receive one hour for each 6 dozen cookies/dessert and supply their own ingredients.

- Attached is the List of Volunteer Opportunities. Read through and sign up for a team on this Sign Up Genius.
- Sign up to Volunteer BY OCT 1.
- Your coordinator will be in contact with you to schedule and assign roles (Additional information will become available closer to the event).
- RECORDING IN-HOUSE HOURS: When you arrive at the studio for in-studio volunteering, (costuming, organizing, etc.), sign in and out at the “Volunteer Sign-In Sheet” noting your area of work, (located to the right of the fridge in the lobby).
- RECORDING OUTSIDE HOURS: For outside volunteering (Backstage help, flower sales, etc.) fill out this Google Form:
- Please submit hours within 2 weeks.
- Hours submitted must be reasonable and within expectations of area/activity
