Need based scholarships are available and awarded at the sole discretion of Youth Dance Ensemble and require a letter of application. Scholarships are awarded for the school year and summer programming.

• There is a $35.00 non-refundable registration fee per family.
• Second & third dancing children in your family receive a 10% discount. Master classes excluded.
• Tuition payment is deducted from your checking/savings account via ACH on the 3rd of each month (or the closest business day to the 3rd). A $25 late fee will be assessed on accounts with insufficient funds. 30 day notice is required for cancelled classes or schedule changes.
• Youth Dance Ensemble charges your monthly tuition fee regardless of how many weeks of dance there are in the month. There are no refunds on missed classes (make-up classes are available). The dance year runs Sept. 1 (September tuition is paid at the time or registration) through May 31.
• Families not enrolled in ACH will provide Youth Dance Ensemble with ACH payment information or a credit card to keep on file. Tuition fees will be applied to this payment method after the 3rd of each month if fees have not been paid.
• Tuition will be charged according to your registered classes that you can view through the parent portal. If you need to make changes or updates to your classes, please notify us at [email protected].
• NOTE: A 3.5% service fee is applied to all credit card transactions.
